My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and focused on helping you make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to change.  Together, we look beneath the surface to understand why certain patterns exist and how they continue to show up in your life today.

Looking at patterns ~ without judgment

Many of the struggles people bring to therapy are not random.  They are patterns that developed over time ~ often as ways of coping, protecting, or maintaining connection in important relationships.

  • Feeling responsble for others' emotions
  • Repeating the same relational dynamics
